We floss our teeth. But do you floss your experiences in life? A lot of crud is collecting in between each moment. It's got the strength to master the art of decay. I write daily as a way to loosen up the crud. But that's not a free form walk toward peace. You've got to brush your emotions and rinse out the hidden feelings.
