We've all said it, "If it's not one thing it's another." It's when many things are happening all at once and most of the time it feels like bad news. The heart and mind are very accepting of the good times. The moment the victories become stale we begin to tilt. Life begins to feel like a series of down and outs. Then we start to wallow in pools of anxiety, fear, doubt, depression and a serious lack of trust. That leads to finger pointing which is usually poisoned by accusations. During these ever changing times our body batteries aren't fully charged. We're struggling to keep up while quickly falling even further behind. The mind is on a mission while our hearts want to retreat. Recovery is very important. Find the harmony. Know where that space is. Sit in that moment. Its called mindfulness. When you say, "If it's not one thing it's another." You're locked in on a negative vibration. Break it.
