The challenges that feel more like a defeat and or attack. Yet once through them it turns out to be a scratch and not a cut. Have we given ourselves permission to make things bigger than what they really are? We need to stop writing the story before it happens. I've begun a process of creating fun zones. A place to let go. Be it 10 or 15 minutes with a pair of VR goggles or taking a simple Transition Walk. We had play time as kids. It should be the same for adults.
