When your body doesn't want you to be so dedicated. Every week we see plenty of professional athletes get injured. Real people are no different. We are pushing ourselves too hard and the body isn't conditioned for it. Part of the daily expectation is to do 10 to 20 minutes of stretching before getting out of bed. I want my entire self to be ready to hit that floor. Because we were freed from the lockdown I've not stopped anywhere. My essential job has me walking nearly 8 miles a day while lifting heavy objects. Body aches is my new normal. How to get back in control while keeping your thinking connected to moving forward.
