Stream Thinking Habit Versus Ritual

Habit versus ritual. Are they the same? A ritual is something done to prepare for action. While a habit is something done repeatedly for the purpose of performing the action itself. Preparing for action taking on the purpose of performing the action. The words prepare and perform are huge in my life. I don't perform until I've prepared. Away from broadcasting it's no so different. Every Sunday I prepare for my spiritual studies by clearing the way to be present. The performance is based on the activation of what was learned. For the habit to happen there needs to be a ritual. Is it mentally healthy to work both?
