Simplifying the art of being present. Which means what to the average person? Why would such a thought carry the weight of importance? The art of being right here right now. Research shows that modern technology and business America does all it can to keep us checked in when in reality we need to be checking out. To get into the mindset of mindfulness there are three things that have to take part within the steps of being aware. Activities. Routines and triggers. All are self-explanatory. Triggers being the biggest energy stealer and dent maker. Activities means biking, swimming picking up a creative hobby. Routine is your daily plan. I have been a daily writer for nearly 29 years. It’s part of my routine. It goes with podcasting and taking a transition walk. Just me and nature. Understanding the transitioning of energy and personality. Then we bump into triggers. We’ve all got them. The goal is to become aware of their presence and replace the negative energy with something positive. Tough in the beginning but amazingly effective on your path growing forward.
