Find Your Peace

Time perception is a real thing. Not knowing what day of the week we're presently living is normal. According to experts that all changes when you can't remember how you got somewhere. The things we recollect are prone to real interference. No memory will ever be the same. This is why I write! I'm here to observe the curves of a long and winding road. We could be in the same room. Face to face. We'll still feel difference experiences. Let's say you are the writer and in two weeks I return to talk about that moment we were face to face. The stories may seem the same but because the brain constantly writes it will change the memory. Even as a writer the only thing you were doing was interpreting the moment. Coming back in two weeks it's going to feel incredibly different. Find your peace. Meaning, stop judging or inviting others to struggle by way of an event that unfolded on a different day. What happened then was then and truly needs no pressure from now. Find your peace. Listen to all sides of the experience and use fresh knowledge as a guideline. No memory will ever be the same. Even if you penned it out. The brain has already rewritten the experience.
