I dread a lot of things. To the point of living a large life of procrastination. They are the same right? No. In fact they can work hand in hand creating deeper mental issues. Getting off the dread train requires a greater relationship with yourself. Ask the questions. Question the answers. When dread first appears on your path don't try to defeat it. You'll end up running from yourself. Dread likes to win. Getting beyond it is a task as well as a tumble. But how do you remain true to your better spirit?
