FCC NewsBytes 03/08 FCC Lifeline Update
The FCC will be voting at the March 31st meeting on an important update to the LIFELINE program where access to the internet will be added to this important program that provides financial relief for low income citizens, This update will allow broadband to be part of that program, and proposes to limit support for devices that are not mobile by 2019.
