Real ID: Boycott in NY/NJ and any other states offering non-compliant IDs

The REAL ID was supposed to tighten requirements for State driver's licenses and IDs. It seems some states have taken the opportunity to offer non-compliant IDs. I say skip the extra money and hassle and boycott the Real IDs for the non-compliant if you can.
