She has leveraged her skills in leadership, talent development, strategy and policy to boost equality in cities, uplift underserved populations and women.\nPreviously, she was the Head (Senior Director) of Strategy and Operations and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Iterative Health, a fast-growing digital health company that raised $180M in funding. She also built and led global technology talent operations for Singapore's Smart Nation Initiative and Singapore Global Network, scaling the tech talent pipeline by 20X in three years.
