For months, Gene has been telling us about all of the cool things we\u2019ll be able to do with Microsoft\u2019s Office 365 and Google\u2019s Workspace when those companies integrate artificial intelligence into their platforms. Gene\u2019s still excited about the possibilities, but he\u2019s also more than a little annoyed, because both Microsoft and Google are planning to charge us quite a bit more for their A.I. enhancements.
