Toxic Shame

Toxic Shame - "A chronic sense of worthlessness, low self-esteem, and self-loathing - all connected to the belief that we are innately 'shameful' or 'bad'." This one is loaded and there are so many causes. We are especially vulnerable to this as children and teens. Please join us for this discussion and the hope there is for healing.
