Can you relate to this? Do you ever feel like things just set you off and you're not really sure why? Have you ever been in the middle of anger or irritation reactivity and you're not sure how you got there? Do you sometimes think you are stuck and don't know how to make a change or get unstuck? Have you ever wondered why you can't just get a break from hard times? Then this podcast is for you! We are going to talk about how we got stuck, where we are, and how we can get out and live lives with emotional sobriety!

1. On your iOS mobile device, launch Apple’s Podcast app.
2. Tap the Search tab in the lower right corner of the screen.
3. Enter the name of the podcast you want to rate or review. Tap the blue Search key at the bottom right, or tap the podcast name in the drop down list.
