Published: Feb. 27, 2022, 6 p.m.

Today's episode does have some words in it not suitable for you ears so put on the headphones if children are around.
Often we can have really good boundaries in certain areas of our lives, say work, but then in other parts we are triggered. It puts us back in 15-year-old-self and we are stuck. In those relationships that are triggering, we may be continually compromising ourselves. giving in. We may even say, because the person is so difficult, demanding, or narcissistic that it is not worth  fighting them and we submit. But this puts us in a situation where we lose ourselves.
Boundaries are ESSENTIAL to our self esteem , to our peace with ourselves and actually others!
We've got some thoughts and ideas on this today that could really help. Tune in!
