The Learning Brain

To learn better, we need to tap into the learning brain that already exists inside of us. This involves understanding how our brain prefers to accept information and working with it instead of trying to cram information inside it like a clown car. In truth, there are always two brains waging war inside us: the prefrontal cortex, which allows us to learn, and the limbic system, which robs us of our senses.
