Entering a new year, many people feel a need to make change in their lives. Yet, the majority find\\xa0themselves \\u201coff the track\\u201d half way through the year. In this episode, we discuss how change be\\xa0effectively achieved through the cultivation of mindfulness as well as if and how we can help our\\xa0significant others make change. Lastly, we explain how therapy could be an avenue for making\\xa0sustainable change.
