About Rainer

\\n\\n

"Rainer is currently working as head of sport science and S&C at FC Utrecht which is competing in the Dutch
\\nEredivisie. He has been with the club for over 5 years in a variety of roles alongside some leading coaches and
\\npractitioners.

\\n\\n

Together with the performance staff, his main aim is to create an environment that pushes 1% growth everyday.
\\nOptimal planning and delivery of S&C, both on and off the field, clear pitch-based (individual) training loads
\\ncombined with a strong connection to the coaching staff are the cornerstones of his work.

\\n\\n

Rainer holds a MSc in Sport Science from the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium) where he also obtained he
\\ncoaching license (UEFA A Elite Youth). Furthermore, he is an accredited strength & conditioning coach (CSCS)."
