In this episode, my friend Alex debunks some of the myths we\'ve encountered in relation to fitness supplements and vitamins. He  explains how supplements such as BCAA\'s and protein powder work, he shares what Whey protein is made up of, and how it works in your body. We talked about the requirements of an average individual but Alex also shared how he personally supplements to meet his needs as an olympic weightlifter. Finally, we discussed vitamins: which are necessary, and which aren\'t. Alex also shared a study done on vitamins at the Technological University Dublin, where he studies sport and health science.
