Be Mindful

Published: Oct. 6, 2021, 6 a.m.

To be mindful is to be aware of and accepting of all that happening around you and inside of you. You can be mindful even when things are very difficult. Taking a moment to think about how you feel and what you're experience is a good first step to awareness. The more you become aware of yourself the better you can respond to difficulties.
