Having heard our programme on the power of water, listener Susanne Powell got in touch with us to say how much it resonated with her own life. Susanne joins Gillian Russell to talk about the positive impact water is having on her as she comes to terms with being a widow and single mum after the loss of her husband 10 months ago. From losing a loved one to losing a job, from the loss of your identity to the loss of your health, editor of Psychologies magazine Suzy Greaves describes the different stages of loss - denial, anger, bargaining, sadness, acceptance - and what we might learn from it, whatever kind of loss we're experiencing. Debbie shares her experiences of losing her job and how the loss is affecting her. Megan Jayne Crabbe's body issues started at the age of five. In her new book Body Positive Power she explains how she moved from a life dieting and feeling anxious about how she looked to learning to love her body and accept who she is. Stephen Bell, one of the organisers of Portrait Positive, talks about the importance of honesty in his fashion and photography project which aims to celebrate the uniqueness in our beauty. Carly, who was photographed by Rankin for the project, reveals how she learned to love how she looks after developing alopecia.
