Ep. 22 - Deal with anxiety by challenging your thoughts

2020 has been a crazy challenging year that took a lot of adjustment in a lot of aspects in our life. What adjustments did you make in your mental health and personal development journey?

I worked with 2 coaches 1 to 1 so that I could up my game and feel better about myself. My relationship was in danger and I was getting panic attacks more often that I'd like to admit. 

I learned the importance of paying attention to the signs and listening to my intuition. Embracing the fear, guilt, shame, any emotion that came to mind and not automatically take it as certain and truthful.

Our brain lies to us all the time, get to know the true intentions behind it.
