This is a good one! Listen to hear all the real-life examples. Here\'s the three takeaways, all about juggling life with purpose:

\\n

\\n

MIND: Answer intentionally. Saying "yes" to one thing means saying "no" to something else (and vice versa). Remember there are times and seasons; we aren\'t supposed to do everything all at the same time or in the same season.

BODY: Prioritize physical rest. Dr. Matthew Walker in his book "Why We Sleep" states that "routinely sleeping less than six or seven hours a night demolishes your immune system, more than doubling your risk for cancer." He goes on to explain many common ailments that are influenced greatly by amount of sleep, including depression and mental illness.

\\n

\\n

PURPOSE: Take things one step, one choice, one moment at a time. We live our purpose in moments, and moments are experienced in the present.
