MIND: Bring it back to you; ask yourself "what is my role in this?" Disharmony comes from inside of us (as does enjoyment). They are both skills that we can hone. Seeing our part and how we are the creators of our experiences helps us to become more skilled participants at living our life.

BODY: Make nourishing your body an option; we don\'t have to eat what the kids are eating. Even if you\'re the only one who likes beets, you have permission to make beets for yourself!

PURPOSE: Be proactive in taking control of your personal spirituality. With church services cancelled, we have become aware of how much we relied on weekly "spoon feedings," and have new awareness of how we want to "beef up" and own our personal spiritual nourishment.
