Life has a way of ebbing and flowing; when this happens in our exercise experience, we may feel some version of guilt, inadequacy, or disappointment.  In this episode, we discuss four ways that we have found to help move forward instead of feeling stuck.

\\n

1. Know that you can RESTART at anytime (and you can do this many times-- it\'s a great skill to get good at!)

\\n

2. Find a way to RE-ENERGIZE or shift the energy that has been sitting with you. This might begin with a shift in thoughts (like "I\'m looking forward to getting out of the house," or "It\'ll be fun to connect with my exercise friend.")

\\n

3. Remember to have compassion on yourself and your body; it\'s always doing the best it can. We are human, and part of being human is the experience of imperfection.

\\n

4. RE-FOCUS your perspective; instead of feeling guilty, find some gratitude for what you learned during your season of non-exercise, even if it\'s as simple as having gratitude for noticing how you feel better when you do exercise.
