Listen for simple ways to add nourishing rituals to your life, which ultimately help you live as your true and best self.

A ritual (in our definition) involves becoming present, generating/accessing a useful emotion (like gratitude or peace or love or acceptance), and using the body in a way that shows care. (Listen for a full "menu" of ideas!)

These small (and probably new) ways of conducting our lives have a cumulative effect, and contribute to feeling more capable and confident with whatever life brings.
