b"I have found that most of my confidence stems from having learned how to manage what's going on inside my own head.\\n\\nIt's not unlike how kids gain confidence as they learn to do things for themselves, like brushing their teeth or tying their shoes. \\n\\nIt's empowering and exciting to gain this kind of ability and responsibility.\\n\\nObviously, gaining the ability and responsibility to manage our physical needs is entirely different from taking responsibility to manage our minds; it doesn't happen intuitively, and we certainly aren't taught how.\\n\\nIn this episode, we discuss how our experiences are always being created in OUR minds, and therefore OUR minds have the ability to shift our experiences, if we want to.\\n\\nWe don't have to live at the effect of situations and people and things outside of us. It's within our power to create something different, if we want to. THIS generates confidence.\\n\\nEmail me! mstevenett@gmail.com\\n\\nI would love your topic requests and questions!\\nIf you have comments, please leave them in a review. :)\\n\\n--- \\n\\nSend in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/michelle48/message"
