THE INTERVIEW // Michelle, also known as @bootybymich creator of the A.S.S Class, is a certified personal trainer who created her own online platform and class to show people how to get into their body and allow them to express themselves through movement. Mich's approach in her classes is to help you steady the mind, and to understand your thoughts,  strengths and weaknesses both mental and physical. Mich is a breath of fresh air, she tells it exactly how it is but is also very self aware of what she says and how she presents herself.  She shares her insight into how to get to a place of love when it comes to your body, and how to appreciate what it does and how it changes. Mich also shares what it's like to date in Vancouver, why she doesn't have dating apps, and her advice on how to leave a relationship "like a lady" and on good terms while still allowing yourself to feel your emotions and process the hurt, and how the most powerful thing you can do when it comes to dating is be upfront about what your intentions are and what you want.
