Cannabis And Meditation, The Perfect Combination

Believe it or not, I used to judge people for smoking weed. I thought of them as having lower intelligence, lazy, and irresponsible. I used to also judge the more creative kids in my school for pursuing something I thought was vain and unstable. 

But after trying to be \\u201ccool\\u201d by giving up my own quirks and creative joys, I realized I was leaving behind so much of my own life. And after a lonely high school and college freshmen experience, still never even so far as had my first kiss, I finally decided to try weed when my trusted friend invited me.


Since then, I\\u2019ve even expanded into using cannabis in my meditation practice to help me deepen my focus and insight into myself, which has allowed me to learn what it actually means for me to love myself and be confident in myself. And I want to share that with you!
