Also, he is a member of the Shanghai National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He works as an adjunct professor for Fudan University, Lincoln Studies Center, Peking University, Hitotsubashi University and as an expert consultant for the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. He got Ph.D. degree in economics at Fudan University in 2001. He once worked as a Fulbright Scholar for Harvard University and NBER and as a visiting scholar at the United Nations University/World Institute for Development Economics Research (WIDER), Helsinki, Finland, Universit\\xe9 Paris Sorbone, Queen\\u2019s University, Canada, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium, Universit\\xe9 de Lille 1, Hongkong University of Science and Technology, Universit\\xe9 Paris Dauphine, National University of Singapore and Le Centre d'\\xe9tudes de l'emploi, France.\\nThe honors he won included \\u201cNew Century Talent\\u201d awarded by the Ministry of Education, \\u201cShanghai Shuguang Scholar\\u201d, \\u201cShanghai Leading Talents\\u201d and \\u201cShanghai's Top Ten Youth Economic Figures\\u201d."
