With the world celebrating Earth Day this week, in episode five we discuss sustainability, particularly through the lens of our running. We\\u2019ll dive into how and why runners in our community and NYRR, as an organization, are working toward a more sustainable future.

They chat with Aly Criscuolo, Manager of Environmental Sustainability at NYRR, about the future framework of NYRR\\u2019s approach to sustainability as an organization.

And in our \\u201cwhy\\u201d segment, Shaquana chats with father and son Jonathan and Simon Cane. Jonathan is a runner and coach based in NYC. His 9-year old son, Simon, inspired by his science class, decided to run every day to school to be more environmentally friendly. We\\u2019ll hear from them both on how they use running to make the world a cleaner place.
