Hayes\\nis ANOTHER member of EN Northern Illinois Sleeper Cell and the man\\nbehind the soon-to-be-legendary EN Midwest Training Camp coming up in\\nless than two short weeks in Madison, WI.
\\n\\nHayes has seen a 25% FTP increase over the winter, lifting his\\nwatts from 191w to 239w. He also set a 3 minutes half marathon PR in\\nMarch, again using our Out-Season training plan....which had him\\ntraining for a 5k, by the way. Hayes PR\'ed his goal Half Ironman last\\nyear by 40\' with EN.
