Hayes is on the right and is not the pro cyclist on the left :-) Hayes\nis ANOTHER member of EN Northern Illinois Sleeper Cell and the man\nbehind the soon-to-be-legendary EN Midwest Training Camp coming up in\nless than two short weeks in Madison, WI.
\n\nHayes has seen a 25% FTP increase over the winter, lifting his\nwatts from 191w to 239w. He also set a 3 minutes half marathon PR in\nMarch, again using our Out-Season training plan....which had him\ntraining for a 5k, by the way.
