Katie Bouton has gotten into running in the past few years, and surprised herself at her ability to do so. A handful of years ago, Katie weighed over 260 lbs. At the urging of her doctor, she focused on improving her health and has dropped over 100 pounds. Running after he weight loss was much more doable than when she tried running in an effort to help her lose weight, and now she's enjoying the sport in a way she never thought she would!
