What are you thankful for as it relates to your running? One thing I'm good at doing, and maybe you can relate, is taking things for granted and focusing on the things I need/want. With Thanksgiving approaching, at least here in the States, it seemed like a good time to stop and reflect on the many blessings in my life, running and otherwise, instead of continuing to take them for granted.
