162: Staying True To Yourself, Inspiration To Try Again + Using Morning Routines To Stay Grounded [Coffee Talk #5]

On tap today:  tips on how to stay grounded, inspiration that will motivate you to try again even if you've been rejected and a tool to carry close with you b/c it will help you stay true to yourself.

Morning routines - have kept me sane even during long term chaos.  Doesn't matter if you spend 30 seconds or 30 minutes in the morning.  Giving yourself space to connect with your internal world first thing results in less likelihood of being flustered and the day to day fires don't seem as daunting.

Try again - I had two instances that showed me that being rejected doesn't mean you stop trying.

Staying true to yourself - nothing feels worse than betraying yourself so stop doing it.  Keep this tool close to you b/c it will show you when you're staying true to yourself and when you're not.
