So. What the F is Calm AF? And how is it different from regular old calmness? Calm is a feeling. Calm AF is a way of being. It\\u2019s an energy. When I talk about becoming calm AF I am not talking about walking around in some Zen blissed out state where nothing bothers you, man, and everything\\u2019s fine. Nope, that\\u2019s not it.

I am calm AF, but I\\u2019m not always calm. You can ask my family, I can be calm AF and angry. I can be calm AF and sad. I can be calm AF and ambitious, and I can be calm AF and calm. Calm AF is a knowing. It\\u2019s a deep knowing in your bones that who you are is enough. That who you are is not a problem. That who you are is not broken. Despite what you\\u2019ve accidentally trained yourself to believe.
