We all tend to have “that” time of the day...the part of your day that you dread, that you just hope to survive, the HARDEST part of your day.

For most people, the hardest part is either the morning, the late afternoon/before dinner hour or the very end of the day...after you’re done but before bed.

In today’s episode I share with you how to take this difficult part of your day and make it BETTER. Because the truth is, while it’s your thoughts that will ultimately change how you feel, it’s SO important to set ourselves up for success while we work on the mindset piece.

There are 5 steps:

1. Decide and Declare that you are taking this part of your day BACK.

2. Find the predominant thought that makes you feel how you don’t want to feel.

3. Name the feeling that you typically feel during this hardest part of your day (exhaustion, heavy, antsy, resentful)

4. Decide how you want to feel.

5. Create a sensory experience that supports how you WANT to feel, setting yourself up for success.
