I\'ve had puhhh-lenty of experience with grief and loss and going through very hard times. But I\'ve learned some really important lessons on how to manage pain...sadness, anger, despair, frustration...that I want to share with you:

~ pain is just a chemical process that lasts 90 seconds

~ the difference between pain and suffering

~ why it\'s important to stop trying to avoid your sadness

~ how to add EASE and COMFORT to pain

It IS possible to go through horrendous times in your life without drowning in it.
