In today\\u2019s episode, I\\u2019m sharing helpful and encouraging advice about finding the message within that particular message. I share 3 messages that you should know when you hear phrases such as \\u201cyou deserve someone better,\\u201d or \\u201cit\\u2019s not you, it\\u2019s me\\u201d. I discuss why accepting this phrase stems from a low sense of self-worth, and a one-sided negotiation that only happens within yourself.
