I\u2019m in conversation is with ultra runner Ian Morgan who\u2019s based in Chile with his partner Fran.\n\nIan led a conventional life in New Zealand before becoming an athlete, competing in international races. There were a number of significant life events including a heart attack which made him take stock and change direction to the life he leads today. \n\nWe talk about these areas, the impact of CV19, and the lessons he\u2019s learned in running and life.
