In episode 136, I speak with Shareefa J, a presenter, model, advocate for equality and mental health awareness. She uses her platform to discuss many topics including Black Lives Matter, LQBTQIA+ topics, plant-based eco-friendly living, fitness, adult ADHD, women\\u2019s health and eating disorders.

\\n

In this conversation we talk about her experience of completing the London Marathon and RideLondon 100 and how sport has had a positive impact on her life. We also spoke about mental health and  Neurodiversity. There is some swearing in episode so please be mindful of that.

Have a look at the new Speed City
\\nCollection. Together Tracksmith and Puma celebrate the legacy of Speed City, the dominant California men\\u2019s collegiate running program of the mid-20th century, whose athletes not only set global standards for performance, but also fought for social justice through the Olympic Project for Human Rights and the 1968 Mexico City protest. The Speed City singlet is a current favourite of mine.
