My guest says that her hope is this, that what she experienced will raise awareness about the risks and realities in renovating and collaborating with contractors.
She tells her story when she encountered the Contractor from Hell that began in June 1999 when she entered a home improvement contract to add a master bedroom suite as a second addition. Prior to this she had hired this same company in November of 98, to also draw the plans for the project as they were a design and construction company here in San Diego.
