Vacation All I Ever Wanted…Vacation Our Mental Health Needs It!

Plane, train, car, down the stairs, how and when are you getting to your next vacation? Have you thought about it? Well you should! There are so many benefits of taking a vacation and you need one. In this episode, Shannon will discuss the importance of taking a vacation and how vacations can improve our physical health, mental health, and relationships. While there are many benefits of taking vacation, Shannon will also break down some of the common anxieties and fears people have surrounding vacations and how we can overcome them. Whether it be a vacation far away or a staycation right at home, taking the time for yourself is so beneficial and much needed. 

In addition to talking about the importance of vacation, Shannon also opens up about the difficult week it has been for her on her journey and how she completely fell off track. Feeling down, lost, and unmotivated, a good kick in the ass by a supportive member of her tribe helped her to get back on track. The journey is not always easy, and Shannon is not afraid to tell her listeners about the hard times that come along with the journey. Determined to accomplish her dreams and keep her promise to her listeners, Shannon is ready to start this week back on track and back on her routine.
