Today’s guest is a survivor and thriver. Sierra Sophia Mercier shares her journey to finding her cosmic love and becoming the best version of herself. After being a victim of abuse, lacking a relationship with her family, and battling depression, Sierra was able to pull herself out of her rock bottom by connecting with her higher power through Buddhism. She found love for herself and her life again and committed to following her dreams. She manifested her dream life and opened herself to the universe and was brought her cosmic love. Creator and author of the Cosmic Love Guide, Sierra shares her best tips and tricks of how to manifest your cosmic love. In speaking with Shannon, she defines the differences between soul mates, twin flames, and the difference between desire and what we need. Sierra stresses how important it is that we find love within ourselves before searching for our cosmic love.
Shannon talks about how she feels reflecting on this interview with Sierra. Since Shannon recorded this episode so long ago, she forgot that during this time she was struggling. Looking back, she cannot even remember what that struggle was which has taught her how little these struggles and stresses we face in life mean to us. This episode is being edited right before Shannon’s vacation with her boyfriend and she believes there is synchronicity in the timing of this episode with her trip. She is extremely grateful for the support and love that she has been able to find on her journey.

Sierra Mercier is a warrior for justice and peace. As an active member and leader of her Buddhist community, she constantly strives to not only live her own life to the fullest, but to lift up those around her. Having spent her formative years training to be an Olympic figure skater, she has overcome injuries, abuse, and countless other hardships - and emerged like a lotus flower blooming from the mud. She is a storyteller through and through and speaks the language of empathy, spreading beauty and love everywhere she goes.
