Oh no… brace yourself Journiers… we are heading into… 4TH QUARTER! AHHH RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!! Whoa whoa whoa stop right there. We are not going to let 4th Quarter control us and ruin us. We can avoid our negative spiral into burnout and take care of ourselves. The goal of 4th quarter is not to suck the life out of you. The goal of 4th quarter/busy season is stay motivated, productive, and achieve goals while maintaining a healthy balance to protect our mental health. Shannon will guide you through her top 5 ways to prepare and take care of yourself during 4th quarter.
