Where do we go with today’s episode?! It was a split 50/50 vote from the Journiers on whether they wanted a Top 5 Tips & Tricks or just a more relaxed conversational episode. So, Shannon is kindof doing a bit of it all today. The main focus of today’s episode is SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder). As we transition from Summer to Fall/Winter, many of you might start to feel down and feel like you are lacking energy. Even though it’s an exciting time with the holidays, many people struggle with their mental health during this time. Don’t worry! Shannon is sharing her top 5 tips and tricks for overcoming seasonal depression.

 Before jumping into the top 5 tips and tricks, Shannon talks about some of the new things that have happened this week. Wtf happened to Facebook, Instagram, and Whats App? It was a bit of an anxiety trigger for Shannon but it also taught her some very important lessons. One very important one being, community is so important.
