After working for a company that did not value Kelly’s efforts, Kelly decided to go off on her own and start her own business as a solo entrepreneur. Having huge success and finally living life on her terms, Kelly is now passionate about sharing her story to help others be authentic in their career and have courage to step away when they need to. 

Before today’s interview, Shannon shares what is new on her journey. Experiencing a bit of the Sunday scaries after returning home from her sister’s bachelorette party, Shannon is excited to head into a new week focused on achieving her goals. This week was intense with Shannon’s website release, announcement of her coaching program, and so much more. She shares the tough lesson she faced on her podcasting journey this week, and how she is moving forward from a frustrating experience. Putting her pride aside, she is open to learning from others and not having to be the expert. Another great week of Journier questions that are answered this week too!
