It's been a little while. I recently had a rough day and was feeling overwhelmed and from digging into it I was able to get 3 solid tips to help those whose battery life of life may feel a bit low. As always I hope it helps you. :)

1. Be careful how you spend your free time.
2. Keep track of how you spend your time.
3. Remember that you are a very valuable person and a great asset to the world.
