Lately I have been very inspired with the idea of people starting their own companies and becoming a force for change in the world through those companies. Oftentimes though, the biggest changes start in the heart of the individual.\\xa0

In the last episode I talked about understanding this mindset and three things to help you get on the track with that (Attention/Rituals, Weekly Reviews, and Investments).\\xa0

Today we dive deeper together and I share some of the things that have helped me the most with making this a reality for my own life: Accountability, rules for success, and maximizing my free time.

  1. Enhancing Personal Accountability - This is often where it starts. If you are able to hold yourself accountable for your efforts you will learn so much more than those who do not own their learning and life opportunities.

2. Rules (or Guideposts for your life) - These are so underrated it's insane. This semester I have some clear ground rules to help me stay on track and reach my goals. They have been immensely helpful so far! I go more in depth on various rules that have helped me achieve a lot personally in my life so far.

3. Free Time - Free time can be draining or extremely refilling for your overall life joy and productivity. Having time set aside to work on your hobbies and side projects (like I am with this podcast) can help you do so much better in other aspects of your life. I went in depth about how I have been able to do this and ways you can too!

As always I am always trying to improve the podcast and I hope that it was of great value to you.\\xa0
