Tonight I realized that although I had sold myself on getting the interview with Eric Teplitz out I need to push it back. I decided to give myself space, instead of forcing output or constraining one of my most precious resources - time.
I thought this was a fantastic time to go deeper into this topic. How do we create space for ourselves, and how does this help our thoughts grow? For me having the definition that space is a place with zero expectations and I can just be is helpful.
I shared some personal examples and other thoughts I hope will help you in this endeavor. Currently I am in between chapters of my life, and I do need to give myself tons of grace and patience. I am learning a lot more how to do that.

I really was planning to get the episode with Eric out, but it'll have to wait until Thursday. Thank you for understanding, and I hope this episode helps you!:)

PS: This was recorded while on my walk tonight, so there may be a passing car or two. At least for this time of my life I think that adds to the ambiance, so it's not a bug, it's a feature. :)
